It's Immortality Type 7 Negation brother. He negates Types 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 in base and God forms, and negates 5 and 8 additionally with Hope.

....Yeah, grace for incon. I am aware he has that immortality but Kratos can incapacitate him by freezing or push comes to shove destroy his soul, mind and concept.

Well it is important, because if Kratos nukes him at a soul/comcept level than the Type 8 is meaningless without such potent immortality feats.

Does the bomb work passively? Or does Gorr need to activate this bomb?Then bomb explodes and kratos dies

He activates it and it explodes after 1 minute irrc

Then before Gorr activates the bomb, kratos can stop time and do Conceptual damage to it.
Because Kratos can detect a threat before it happens and Can react before him opponent.
