Battle For The 6th Place in Tier 8-C

What can Wei Huo do about these?

Xavier has insane survability as unless you erase his mind/soul he can regen
He resists pain and has infinite stamina, It also has acasuality types 3 and 4 making him near impossible to put down

Xavier can just use his Shakashuri to mind hax Wei or just talk him to leave or just do a backflip to make Wei give up. Xavier can also just remember that he already killed Wei as a child

Xavier has passive social influencing/Empathic manip so he will scare Xavier but then he will give up on fighting while Xavier trembles down on the floor

Low-Godly is not unstoppable since Wei Huo has Tiamat which attacks the soul of Gods, so the regen will not be useful if he's hit by the dagger. He can use his lightning to attack the soul, so another power that will counter the regeneration. His Massacre Mode once used will release an aura that will hurt the soul.

Wei also has a fear aura that will make hard for him to attack if Xavier doesn't resist.

Stamina won't matter to much if Wei keeps killing him with his soul hax. Acausality its kinda hard to go through.

Thanks to his Scan feature, he will be able to get a lot of information about his foe plus his prediction/extrasensory perception, so he will know to go all out which means he will use his Summon which is Low 7-B that has Imposing Aura which will affect all those within its range with fear, soul, and stat reduction hax the foe while increasing his statistics. This will summon 2 such beings.

If the powers of Xavier come from Laws, Fate, or Plot Manipulation then Wei Huo will resist as he has those resistances on a 2-B to 2-A scale.

Xavier will start with Empathic/Morality and Social Influencing stuff so he will give up before even summoning

Massacre Mode allows Wei Huo to fight without mood swings which will allow him to kill without physiological burdens.

I mean like does his powers comes from Laws, Fate or Plot hax manipulation? If yes, then Wei Huo will resist them, if not then he will not.
