That kinda what happens when the profiles are outdated as shit.
Hell, even disregarding tier upgrade, they'd apparently be acausality type 5, and can affect NEP2. Not to mention a huge ass scaling chain, among other things.
But man, them getting upgraded to 1C is kind of sad, as I don't think there are alot of good match ups for them there.
