Well. Joker has a gun. So shooting him is still an option. And unless he is too high in durability to stop a bullet. Joker just snipes him from a distance

He has Wall level Durability.

It was argued somewhere that he has a lower piercing durability I recall.

Also if the Joker can just snipe isn't this a rangestomp? Tony has no weapons or preparation in this scenario

Well, the minimum was in 9-B to be semi bulletproof, and like 9-A-ish to be completely bulletproof. I don't exactly remember though.

Also, my concern for this being a rangestomp hasn't been addressed.

I suppose the question is if Stark is durable enough to approach Arthur and slap after being shot, which is why I wondered wether speed is fairer unequalized since then Stark would be more than able to dodge the bullets

So the question is A) This is a durability stomp or B) This is a range stomp? I don't think this is a fair match at all...

Actually, Tony has no resistance against piercing weapons.

Its not that he is 9-B, its that he has nothing to resist his organs being pierced by a bullet.

Joker's gun is an old make, it likely isn't powerful enough to pierce through to Tony's organs. Unless he hits a weaker spot of Tony's body, like his neck or eyes etc

Yeah, I'll be closing this on the grounds of a rangestomp, unless Stark is given any prep.
