Void is about a layer i'd say? Void can manipulate those who resist the presence of Jamba hearts which corrupt everyone around them which is noted in their profiles. So Void's corruption is > resistance to corruption

Another thing is they seem to be basically immortal, one having massive immortalities and regen and void also has mid-high.

In short, unless hulk's resistance is higher than VT's corruption, i'd vote for Void.
In the case that the resistance is higher i'd vote vor inconclusive since neither can really do anything to another
