Hulk (Avengers) is 9.3198374761 Teratons due to scaling to this guy, who can make Magnitude 9 earthquakes.
Hulk (MCU) is 39.567111395793496342 Teratons due to scaling to Thor, who can do this

What even is MA Hulk's wincon? MCU Hulk is better in literally every aspect.

MA Hulk has a whole section on his skills, so he has a considerable skill advantage, and since the battle is in NY, MA Hulk can use Surface Scaling.

Also, although I'm not sure how this would work in practice, MA Hulk has Radiation Manipulation, so it could drain or induce effects on the MCU Hulk.

But we don't assume that character X is more skilled than Y purely because he has "more years of training".
