If there is no argument for Hulk to win, the result of the match will be added to the profiles.
If this is a stomp, this matchup cannot be added to the profiles.

This BFR won't be enough to keep Hulk off the battlefield long enough. Additionally, Hulk should be able to respond to this attack with the shock waves he creates in the air.

I also think Skyress's Power Null works just like Energy Absorption, which might work on the Hulk, but it's still a question how Skyress will use.

Additionally, unless you prove that Skyress is a much more skilled fighter, the sudden power Hulk gains with his berserk mode is difficult to suppress, and Hulk's lifting strength advantage will also cause his to easily prevail in a potential hand-to-hand combat.

Skyress's power null exists in her 2-C form.
Since you are the person creating the profile, you need to specify the key distinctions in the P&A in order to prevent misunderstandings.

Also, Skyress seems to scale to a base cloud-forming storm, but Hulk is about 694 Kilotons so Hulk definitely has an AP advantage.
