Base Gogeta was able to hold his own against SSJ Broly for a good while when both SSB Goku and Vegeta couldn't last a single second against him.Pretty sure Broly just beats the hell out of Gogeta here, even if he uses Kaioken times twenty. Bro was pretty evenly matched with SSJ Gogeta, what is Base Gogeta gonna do?
He deflected two attacks before instantly transforming. That wasn't holding his own for a good while.Base Gogeta was able to hold his own against SSJ Broly for a good while when both SSB Goku and Vegeta couldn't last a single second against him.
To quell and toy with Broly obviouslyHe deflected two attacks before instantly transforming. That wasn't holding his own for a good while.
Even then, he did it effortlessly and legit avoided all of his ki attacks with ease.He deflected two attacks before instantly transforming. That wasn't holding his own for a good while.
How was he "comparable" when during the SSJ Broly vs SSJ Gogeta fight it looked like Gogeta wasn't trying at all? He was completely outclassing him in terms of stats and didn't seem like he was trying but ofc this could be interpreted differently.SSJ Broly was comparable in power to SSJ Gogeta, he just seemed to lack the control and skill that Gogeta had (since he was insane due to his rage and also inexperienced).
Base Gogeta can't win, especially since if he tries wearing Broly down, Broly will just get stronger.
They both sent each other flying with punches, their beams matched each other, they evenly threw hands rapidly once or twice, and Broly wasn't really hurt by SSJ Gogeta's attacks. How was he "comparable" when during the SSJ Broly vs SSJ Gogeta fight it looked like Gogeta wasn't trying at all? Base Gogeta can hold his own, but I think SSJ Broly eventually just adapts and then overpowers him enough to negate the skill advantage.Base Gogeta was able to effortlessly dodge all of Broly's Ki attacks and deflect some, something even both SSB Goku and Vegeta couldn't do. I wouldn't say that Gogeta has "no chance" when he held his own against SSJ Broly for a good while b4 transforming into SSJ and just turning the fight completely one sided.
Broly's punches didn't affect Gogeta all that much meanwhile he was left reeling from Gogeta's every successful punch. Also thisThey both sent each other flying with punches, their beams matched each other, they evenly threw hands rapidly once or twice, and Broly wasn't really hurt by SSJ Gogeta's attacks.
Broly was left staggering by his punches and there was one time when Gogeta did some sort of spinning kick you could see spit coming out of Broly's mouthThey both sent each other flying with punches, their beams matched each other, they evenly threw hands rapidly once or twice, and Broly wasn't really hurt by SSJ Gogeta's attacks.

If SSJ Broly's beam was evenly matched with SSJ Gogeta's, safe to say he's above Base Gogeta by a huge margin no matter what, so Gogeta is not gonna kill him "immediately".Broly was left staggering by his punches and there was one time when Gogeta did some sort of spinning kick you could see spit coming out of Broly's mouth
Gogeta here is bloodlusted and because of Vegeta's side, he knows of Broly's immense skill and power growth. As soon as the battle starts, Gogeta would find a way to incap or kill Broly immediately
For all we know he could have been holding back as in the beginning of the fight when Gogeta turned SSJ he was smirking throughout the entire fight except for when launching attacks. It wasn't until he turned Blue where he took things seriously. If SSJ Broly's beam was evenly matched with SSJ Gogeta's, safe to say he's above Base Gogeta by a huge margin no matter what, so Gogeta is not gonna kill him "immediately".
He could try using the Kaio-Ken, but Broly would just adapt and overpower him.
Nothing states he was holding back, so that's just headcanon, and he was likely being either cocky and/or enjoying the fight. For all we know he could have been holding back as in the beginning of the fight when Gogeta turned SSJ he was smirking throughout the entire fight except for when launching attacks. Nothing states that he was going all out either it was only when he went Blue he went sicko mode and pummeled Broly into the groundNothing states he was holding back, so that's just headcanon, and he was likely being either cocky and/or enjoying the fight.
As I said before, Broly matched a beam clash with him, fought him with rapid punches evenly once or twice, and took plenty of physical and energy hits from him.
If Gogeta was a 50 in SSJ, Broly was somewhere around a 40.
SSJ Broly was still keeping up to a good extent. From the scene SSJ Broly was not evenly matched with SSJ Gogeta at all.
LSSJ Broly was clearly overpowering him even if he took a few hits.Gogeta was even able to tank hits from LSSJ Broly at first before finally turning SSB
Not at all. Broly landed about one hit on Gogeta that didn't do much at all and couldn't land a single blow on him since while Gogeta is dancing all around him with flurry of attacksSSJ Broly was still keeping up to a good extent.
Why? Nothing confirms this, especially with how much Gogeta held back against himAnd I find it hard to believe that Broly is like 10-50x weaker than SSJ Gogeta considering that he wasn't too far behind in their battle.
Hell, even saying he's only 1/2 as strong as SSJ Gogeta feels like a massive lowball.
He should be 30-40x as strong as Base Gogeta.
That's true, but Gogeta was able to tank and even block some of his hits before turning BlueLSSJ Broly was clearly overpowering him even if he took a few hits.
2 hits actually, he and Gogeta both landed a sucker hit on each other (first Broly, then Gogeta) right before the beam clash. Not at all. Except Gogeta was super casual the entire time and only started fighting seriously once Broly became LSSJ2 hits actually, he and Gogeta both landed a sucker hit on each other (first Broly, then Gogeta) right before the beam clash.
Nothing confirms Gogeta was holding back.
So Krillin is SSB level then? He clashed with Goku. This means nothing if Gogeta was holding backAnd the beam clash pretty much confirms they were on a comparable level.
If he could've won as Base Gogeta, why did he transform?Except Gogeta was super casual the entire time and only started fighting seriously once Broly became LSSJ
Absolutely nothing in common. So Krillin is SSB level then? He clashed with Goku. This means nothing if Gogeta was holding back
I didn't say that, but he did held back. Broly's power was also constantly rising so even if he had an advantage in base, Broly would've surpassed himIf he could've won as Base Gogeta, why did he transform?
That's due to their strength, not due to how serious they were, and also because Broly's lack of ki controlGogeta fought to stop Broly and take him down with superior power. They literally cracked a dimension with their beam clash.
