This part always did confuse me, the reason for base Bayonnetta 2 being 5A was that she was "on par" with one eyed Loptr. Loptr is comparable to Jubileus? 100% true. Bayonnetta fighting on ar with him? How?
Loptr got Bayonnetta in a choke hold and was hardly even winded after he defeated Bayonnetta, so what's the evidence she fought on par with him? She lost to Loptr back when he didn't have any eyes and he's only 6B and MHS+, so her being a 5A FTL+ and having no eyed Loptr win is confusing.
Now this can be considered an outlier but her summons are 6B at the very most, why does she bother summoning them if they're so much weaker then her?
