In OPM2 Special 2 when Bang and Atomic Samurai have gone fishing, Bang describes Saitama. And in the end he says "He even surpasses me, i imagine".

In other words, Bang is not sure whether Saitama surpasses him even though he has seen Saitama punch a meteor away. A feat which yields 6-C.

Should we give Bang a "possibly 6-C" on his profile?

He was probably just saying that to ease in Atomic into the idea that someone so strong is out there.

He said in the manga that Saitama was far stronger than he was.

I'm with @Tetsucabrah here. Bang also outright said it was not possible for him to stop the meteor, which makes no sense if he scales to a feat that destroys said meteor.

I don't remember if he said there was no chance but there's no evidence he could've done it as of now.

Let's say he could stop it, theoretically. I doubt he would shatter it as well as Saitama did.
