Bane via sheer AP advantage, combat experience and resistance to pain. That concrete pillar he punched into literally had big gaping holes in it as a result. This is essentially Bond vs Baldi all over again, except Bane's a tank compared to Baldi. Baldi literally has no way of even putting a scratch on Bane.

Also, equalize speed or else Bane blitzes.
