Ban doesn't have any actual Pokemon moves that Smeargle could sketch, so I think Ban will win due to that advantage, and Snatch, in all aspects, is EXTREMELY OP. To top it all off, Ban is immortal, and simply cannot be killed, plus his Regenerationn will be a bitch to get past. Perhaps you should make it clear what moves Smeargle already has other than Sketch, and limit how much abilities Ban can have.
