Continuing from this old CRT, I want to add a little to the other sub-abilities obtained from Nightmare-Teller.

Dream Manipulation, Fear Manipulation ( Nightmare Manipulation ), Statistics Reduction & Minor Paralysis Inducement: Gowther generates nightmares based on the target's traumatic memories. If the target manages to escape, the target will be physically and mentally weakened, even immobilized.

I really don't know, but on the profile Nightmare Teller is applied to 'Techniques' and on Abilities it's not there. If that's true, I'll ask the staff to remove this CRT

I agree with the crt gowther should get statistics reduction since he reduced his own strength and even Chandlers strength.

I wouldn't really call that statistics reduction, that would be the equivalent of me blasting someone and they get week from the attack, it's not specifically reducing their power via an ability, it's the toll the attack had on them. Other stuff looks fine.

That's just mental affects which is covered by the dream/fear manipulation you suggested in the OP.
