If it's by Death, Marco has no chance, Ban will just wait till he tires himself out and kill him. He's not a Logia type either, just a Mythical Zoan. Ban can just take all the beatings Marco gives him, and then when he's down, uses snatch take out his heart or something.

I think low-mid Regenerationn means you can recover any vital organ except your brain, which is what Marco is listed as.

Ban doesnt even need to wait, he can steal marcos strength temporarily and beat him senseless, than sever his head, this should kill him

if so than marco could win if he acts fast, he would simply need to take parts of ban to somwhere else (hendrickson made Ban unable to do anything after he got split in half until his two parts came together again)
