@Arc, won’t lie, if we’re gonna hold CFYOW in high regard and say Byakuya doesn’t scale to Aizen, then that’s another reason why Renji should fail to scale in the same tier as FB Bankai Ichigo

Anime will change that thankfully. Though even then he does have feats like breaking Ichigo's Bankai (disregarding the chips within it), and sensed the Soul King's transcendent Reiatsu, which requires him to have comparable Reiryoku.
