From what I recall, the chain goes as follows:
FB Bankai =< (needed repeated hits to start drawing blood) Ayon + Voll Quilge dura (6 + 6 = 12 or if Blut is also a multiplier on Ayon’s dura 7*6 = 42) >>> Ayon + Voll Quilge AP (6 + 1 = 7) > Ayon (> 6) >> Blut Voll Quilge dura (= 6) >>> Voll Quilge (dura = 1) = FB Shikai (let’s say FB Shikai’s stats = 1) >>> (at least x6 since his GT overpowered six Heilig Pfeil at once) base Quilge AP
FB Bankai is at least a 12-42 multiplier on FB Shikai.
Quilge’s Vollstandig took him from being below x6 FB Shikai to bring comparable or superior in AP so x10 for his Vollstandig seems fair. It would also be supported by Vollstandigs being superior to a bunch of mastered Bankai stolen from the Captains … not that this plays into the scaling chain.
Seeing as being at least x6 stronger allowed FB Shikai to catch and no sell base Quilge’s attacks, we can use this for a rough estimate to gauge Blut’s buff to his defense for tanking FB Shikai’s GT without trying.
Considering Byakuya thought that Renji’s Bankai would allow him to defeat As (ergo break his Blut) when his Shikai could do nothing, x5 for it is a bare minimum. This is also backed up by Quilge stating Yhwach would need to buff the defense of Blut Vene meaning it’s a fixed amp for everyone.
Edit: Also ooc, the comparison between 30% Cien and Yammy, is it referring to base Cien or Rez Cien and Dino Yammy or Monkey Yammy?

Looking at the fight, Ichibe wasn't really taking Yhwach too seriously. The fact that after their clash in the air Ichibe just casually palms Yhwach attacks, then goes on to crush his Blut barrier and then flexes out Blut from inside of his body and damages Yhwach, all this shows pretty well that Ichibe was just playing nice previously.

Did you see what @Ovy7 posted? Ichibei was casual against Yhwach. He literally just flexed his arm when Yhwach tried to consume him with Blut Vene Anhaben and broke the Blut and ruptured Yhwach’s face in the process. No need for “higher end attacks”, unless flexing his arm is suddenly a higher end attack for him

I don't it's ever mentioned that Barragan got weaker. Also iirc there's another statement in CFYOW where Grimmjow thinks he wouldn't be able to beat Barragan.

Prime barragan is arrancar Barragan.

Grimmjow was the 6th espada and Barragan was 2nd. Ikomikidome isn't an arrancar but is superior to the likes of Grimmjow and Harribel. So Barragan even before arrancarification could be superior to a hight - mid level espada.

Well my point was that a non arrancar hollow can be stronger than an arrancar (example - Iko and likely pre arramcar Barragan). I don't know how ulquiorra fits into this.

Jushiro and Shunsui both state that FKT Harribel was equal to Arrancar Baraggan. That already makes it impossible for CFYOW Grimmjow to be weaker than Hollow Baraggan since Grimm is now as strong or stronger than Harribel. Grimm also keeps up with people on the level of Tsukishima and who scales above Arrancar Saga Espada. The stance that Espada Baraggan was >= himself when he and Iko were the top dogs in HM makes no sense. For it to be true, you’d need to randomly assume that a dozen other characters somehow got weaker after training to be stronger rather than Baraggan who sat on a chair for millennia doing nothing but watch his goons kill each other.

When they first see the top 3 Espada. Shunsui asks Jushiro which one he thinks is the Primera but conclude that they can’t tell who is stronger and that they have to ask Aizen to find out.

By all means then, quantify their Reiatsu and the increase they get from their Resurrección. When Shunsui makes a guess at their ranks, he bases it off of what he has seen so far after Harribel already revealed her rank and thinks Starrk is number 1 but hopes he is number 2 because his mentality is more dangerous than Baraggan’s. A notable gap in power isn’t what separates the three of them for him.

When toshiro fought halibel and she revealed her rank,toshiro was surprised she was only number 3. Halibel then says never showed toshiro her full power and then goes all out,so like i said earlier you have to watch them fight and release more reiastu to know their full power. Their isn't a notable gap between barrgan and starrk probably but halibel isn't close to their level. Shunsui even stated it would take at most a 100 years for toshiro to surpass him and toshiro pretty much high diffed halibel. Starrk fought 3 captains that are stated to be stronger than toshiro at the same time. Barrgan was beating soifon the fastest captain and only ended up losing due to plot so their clearly on another level in comparison to halibel

Tōshirō got folded by Harribel at every turn until he made it snow, something that is consistent with his sealing techniques scaling way above himself as seen with Luppi one shotting his Bankai yet being oneshot and sealed by his ice pillars. Tōshirō wasn’t close to Harribel’s power in base, was going to get oneshot in Bankai by said base and she only lost in Resurrección because they had an elemental pissing contest rather than she just smacking him with her bigass sword. The one time she was was going to do it and oneshot him, Lisa saved his ass. Lisa, Hiyori and Tōshirō combined got casually overpowered by Harribel before Aizen has to step in and two shot her unlike all of the Gotei bar Sajin who also needed two.
Starrk may have fought tougher opponents but none of them scale to him unless he is depressed af. And that drop is huge since Shunsui goes from requiring Bankai against a casual Res Starrk after two seconds of actually attacking Shunsui to pressing him whilst injured in Shikai.
Nobody the top 3 fight scales to them at all which once again leaves us with all of their bases being nigh equal and you being unable to actually quantify the differences between their Resurrección which means the gap remains the same.
