Maybe i should have worded it better, bur does that mean that the Characters speed is lower since if he can react to Light, he should have been able to react to lightning regardless if he was off guard?

Skippy why would being caught off guard hold any baring on your on guard capabilities? Also Shinji did avoid the lightning lol, Candice never tags anyone with her lightning, the novel makes a point of having off guard characters still evade it.

B) You say they should be able to react to lightning off guard if they can react to light on guard
You imply that if a character can't react to lightning off guard they cannot react to light on guard.

Even in base, and even if he got tagged, it wouldn't matter, since he's off guard. Honestly still reacting while off guard is just support for being massively faster.

Well my thoughh process was if they can hear the attack coming or even notice the light from the attack, wouldnt that immediately put them on guard and have them dodge said attack easily.
That is if the attack has sound or Bright Light

The whole point of being off guard is that you are in a state of relaxation/unawareness. If they were aware of the attack beforehand (heard it, saw it, etc) they wouldn't be off guard.
Also, sound is technically far slower than lightning, and fiction tends to ignore that anyway. But the reason you see lightning before you hear the thunder is because lightning is far faster than sound. That's irrelevant tho, because again the essence of being off guard is that you don't know the attack is coming until too late.

I can’t believe people would kick you out off a discord because they don’t agree with you on something you said years ago. But he had some nice things to say.
You weren't even supposed to be there in the first place. Get angry all you want, not your server and not your rules.
Obviously your taking this to heart on a personal level given the fact that your current crying on a different platform about getting kicked from a server you shouldn't have been in the first place.
Also you do realize leaking private discussions from a different platform is against the rules here right? Nice try tho, pretty counterintuitive post if you ask me since you only made yourself look bad and petty as per usual.
