It's definitely weird how Kubo does not confirm it.
My headcanon says Aizen used KS to make her think she was having sex with him or Aizen gave out subtle hints to lead her on but never went with it, just enough to manipulate.
I don't see Aizen being "fair" enough to be intimate since he's too busy getting ****** by the hogyoku AND Urahara.

dont have it at hand, but basically his 2 swords represent his blade and the other short one his holder, when Yhwach broke it before he was cut in half, all he broke was the holder not the blade
currently ichigo is able to change the appearance of his sword, he can go back to his 2 swords or the old one he had before etc. basically "The blade is ME, so i can change the way it looks"

Yeah but he makes it clear that madara needs to do it somewhat immediate while Aizen is in the process of evolving. You can watch the collab vid he did with Clyde back then.
Basically, Aizen wins in Character and Madara probably wins bloodlusted due to BFR and Sealing shenanigans.
