BAN-KAI! Bleach General Discussion

Alright fair enough.
To be more in-depth:

Ichigo vs Naruto had me pissed for a ton of reasons (aside from the outcome being wrong)

1. Ichigo doesn't have Mugetsu in True Shikai
2. Mugetsu isn't his strongest attack EOS
3. They completely disregarded physiologies entirely.
4. Obviously their calcs were inferior as Uquiorra's lanza is far past kilotons
5. How the f*ck did Ichigo get True Shikai mid-fight?

I could also bring up their potrayal character-wise, but I don't wanna rewatch that

Don't even get me started on how Madara beat Aizen, Ichigo's strongest attack literally couldn't kill him desite erasing his mind, body, AND soul. That whole fumble is worth an entire video itself.

Is funny, TSB at the very least act like a normal zanpakutou. In Bleach all attack are soul based upon layers, so any awesome soul-based attack from another series that looks God-tier because they don’t have soul-based attacks should be an easy argument as Naruto-fans arguing KS is just Genjutsu. I don’t agree with the latter fyi.

Well I guess I can relate. I'm asking this in the first place because Sonic is usually gets dunked on in the show so I decided to see if other fanbases felt the same way. Thanks for the response.

Todays interesting question from Klub Outside.

Q: Was there any attempt to recruit Yamamoto Genryūsai into the Royal Guard (Squad Zero)?

Isn’t his establishment of the Gotei 13 considered the creation of something significant?

A: The establishment of the Gotei 13 by him is not regarded as an “invention” or “creation of something new” in the sense required to be evaluated as a major achievement for the Soul Society.

This is because the concept of “organized military forces” already existed before Yamamoto founded the Gotei 13, so its establishment was not a unique or unprecedented innovation.

The Yama fans just can't catch a break

Thanks for the Info.

I think this was a given, iirc in it was also mentioned in Cfyow that many Organizations like Gotei have came and gone and shinigami's were earlier known as Balancers. Honestly it makes sense that different groups have existed in the past other who would have maintained the soul balance, slain hollows etc.

Even Zanpaktou's have been shown to have existed since primordial time before Oetsu created the asauchi's even he didn't claim himself to be the "only" Zanpaktou creator, implying other creators exist or have existed in the past. But I guess Ichibei liked Oetsu more than Yama lol.

Also, a question do you have the analysis of new episodes? Share it if it's fine by you I want to see if it has anymore information on Renji, Lille or Shunsui.

I'm curious about something.

Can time even exist in a world where stillness and progression mixed? Where things swayed to and fro?

Time doesn't necessarily need to move at all to exist as that's not a conditional quality for its existence, so yes, it could still exist without the progression of it.

We know that Time existed during this period as Ichibei makes mention of how it took millions of years for the world to subside, and years as a measurement is a measurement of time.

Couldn’t he had use those numbers after the creation of everything to measure the time that went by? In the flashbacks, it didn’t seem like Yhwach was experiencing time when he got older.

It wouldn't make any contextual sense otherwise. He couldn't have used a measurement of Time, a specific measurement at that, during a period where Time was supposedly non-existent under your assumption. You would have to assume that Ichibei has prior knowledge of possible worlds where Time was present during the period and could accurately evaluate it like he did, which is less supported compared to the assertion I made.

Regardless if Time existed or not during this period, it's completely non-contingent on Yhwach's existence being different or not. It could be the case that Yhwach inexplicably grew after a length of time without necessarily disproving the existence of Time during the primordial age. We both can posit assumptions, but my claim would still remain more supported because of the aforementioned yearly measurement given.

It's a vague statement that can be interpreted multiple ways. Ichibei also mentions history starts after the creation of worlds though I don’t remeber exact statement.

So what is the conditional quality of time to exist? Because what I see progression, regression, stillness these are concepts heavily connected with time. It basically defines the sequence of events. Time should not be able to function in a chaotic world where two polar concepts (related to time) are intertwined and the chaotic world is orderless. Or time would function in a completely different manner. Don't see how general concept of time would be valid and funtional in such world.

This whole scene was artistic and vague apart from yhwach existing in primordial world and separation of it.

.
Ichibei already living for million years even after establishment of new cosmos. So he definitely has clear understanding about time. On top of it he is a concept manipulator.
He would obviously have to denote the period as "time". There's no other way or term he should use to explain this to the people he is explaining.

I never disagreed that Time could be structured differently or moved differently. The question was if Time existed or not. I provided an explanation why it did, which you seemingly agree with so I don't understand the contention you're having with what I'm saying.

Read.

I think you misunderstood me. I get what you are saying though.

Yeah, I just responded to your take on this.
Why ichibei's statement interpretation is not a real valid point.

Hello 👋 I'm from the Sonic general discussion and I've decided to ask a question regarding Death Battle after Eggman got cooked.

How do you guys feel about bleaches representation on the show and why? Both from a VS perspective and in how the charecters are portrayed.

Thanks for the time.
Complete and utter dogshit. The amount of tricks they did on Madara gave the game away.

Oh, I took those scenes as literal visions of the characters seeing what happened in the past as mentiond by Ichigo to the gang on their way up. Unless I missed some new information that you’re not sharing right now. But go on ahead and post it here for us to see.

Someone's Goat btw

I’m bored. Anyone wants to collaborate writing a book together? Hell, why not all of us make their own Superhero/Villain and we create an Anthology to a new superhero universe?

Time may exist but it is a different type of time. Time generally ensures that events progress in a sequential manner and stagnation and progress occur within this time, but this time model is not normal time but cyclical time.

The existence of time is change, but according to what he said, in such cases, the linear function of time is lost and time ceases to be like a river flowing in one direction and becomes like a stormy ocean where small and large waves struggle with uncertain directions. However, time still exists because no matter how irregular it is, there is still change.

I wonder how many dislikes that Madara fight has. That fight was very comical.
Not much really iirc sure there was salt but not much compared to other fuckery

Not gonna defend the research( lol I agree it was ass) Ichigo vs Naruto happened during the time folks were nowhere convinced on planet level of bleach at the time in comparison to now and Naruto having outright better feats in screen,Physiologies shit like that wasn't look at much in comparison to now, same thing with calcs

The whole mugetsu debacle is due to folks in the fandom believing The former was stronger than TS Ichigo and Horn of Salvation due to the former showing of superiority where the latter was underwhelming and such in perception

Overall Ichigo vs Naruto was a **** up due to multiple circumstances involving the manga ending without much clarification on certain shit ,feats of the final arc being underwhelming for Ichigo etc

Mugetsu its the attack but Final Getsuga Tensho ichigo is enough to bully the entire naruto verse, it is basically an high-god tier of the verse still.
Even back then Planet Level bleach at bare minimun was obvious for the kind of threat of Yhwach, people were just hating on Bleach a lot.

Yeah but again the manga didn't a very good job due to Kubo health at the time and with him rushing
If we're to think back peeps were started to being accepted to Planet level beach in the late 19-early 2020s
