Also, in the anime, it's a lot clearer that the attacks are moving nigh-instantly in comparison to Shunsui (with him aim-dodging), while in the manga it looks like he's dodging them after they're fired.LOOOOL
BTW guys: I got fully caught up with the anime. Something I found interesting is there is no mention of Vollstandig Lille's powers being light-based or light-adjacent in the anime. In the manga, even in the colored one, Lille's attacks look like completely light-based attacks, moving in extremely straight lines, and they're mentioned to be light from what I remember (will double-check).
In the anime, however, we know that Vollstandig's are given their individual colors. In the first cour public version, they're all blue like in the original colored manga, but they changed it in the Blu-ray and second season. Lille's color theme is changed to green, with the same effects that every Vollstandig has (see this image). Also, it matches his limited vollstandig form (eye closed, which he uses vs the zero squad), while in the manga its different.
Also, I went back to read and they're never explicitly referred to as light in the most explicit way possible. Lille calls it his "light of judgement" (name of the attack), but I do think there is a strong basis for this to be literal light (will not try implementing it to the wiki). He uses his attacks to shine on shadows, and there are shadows created by them. Also Lisa says he emits "'divine' light," and she calls it light directly in chapter 653 (page 10).
