IIRC a mod/staff said that Yhwach's final attack was only going to destroy Soul Society (The Planet) and cause a chain reaction to merge the worlds

It stated four times in the novels that what it was was that he was going to destroy the boundary. The novels heavily implied that that's the garganta.

Im not sure on it myself. Range is prob the less controversial option. Just affecting the soul society and causing a chain reaction doesn't really make sense with the way the novels explain what he was doing.

no the problem in that with multipliers it can downscale to more characters
