Okay, so this is a hard one as both have means of taking each other out. This is Wizardmon vs Cole all over again. It depends on if Wizardmon plays his cards right. If Wizardmon uses Magic Game to its full potential, and utilizes not only his main skills, but inherited ones to the utmost fullest, he can wins this via Kuramon's insane duplication, Idle Bubble being a troll move, invisibility and the fact that all his attacks will harm the mind and soul. He can also effect one's Memories as well.

On Zeref's side, he has his classic Death Hax and a massive AP advantage. Meaning, whenever Zeref gets a hit in, Wizardmon is Digi-dead. His Time Reversal for Regen won't be very useful here due to Mind and Soul interactions. But overall, he puts the pressure on as no matter what he does, a single hit = a victory...

That fight had literally nothing to do with AP as Zeref got AP stomped in the old fight as well

Votes were on Regen+Death Hax which are both perfectly valid
