I think the tier of 10-A would be appropriate because Kuririn could have easily taken out Bacterian at anytime if Goku said he did not have a nose at the beginning of the match, although it is good to note that Bacterian was a gross out gag character and uses stenches instead of physical strength.

Reasonable I guess, but Unknown is a much more fitting tier, as it's unknown how strong Bacterian is compared to Krillin.
