Well, it was mentioned that the power surge from that stone is proportional to the size/mass/whatever of the target.

Are there any other characters that scale to the 5-A version of power stone blast despite the version they were hit by not being that strong?

None that I know of.

List of characters hit by the power stone beam:

Iron Man

List of characters who touched the power stone:

Thor

Star Lord (and the Guardians)

Ronan

Thanos

I'm pretty much going to repeat what Matt said on the previous thread

Thanos's concentrated Beam was vastly less casual then the Planet bust and even the Moon Destruction.

Even assuming it isn't 5A which, okay fair enough, it should still get a "Far Higher" and I doubt any High 6B can break it, especially knowing it took a High 6B attack with not even a scratch

> Thanos's concentrated Beam was vastly less casual then the Planet bust and even the Moon Destruction.

Err, don't you mean vastly more casual?

Yeah, this is totally casual. Not like his face says he's so constipated that he's going super saiyan.

Thanos pulls the moon

Only shot I know of him being more expressive than the above is this:

Thanos panic

This isn't even going into the fact that Thanos physically, with his meaty fingers, ripped Iron Man's helmet off, and consistently chipped the latter's armor with punches despite the power stone to the gut not being shown to do so. This would make Thanos scale to the surface wiping power stone.

That is made with his armor. Its sligthly thiccer, but still.

And?

Not at all uncommon for a shield to be vastly stronger then the character generating it, Rose Quartz and Steven Universe are perfect examples

That's not a reason

Heck, Cull Obsidian didn't even make a scratch on the armor and he managed to do damage to Iron Man

What evidence is there for that? His facial expressions? We couldn't even see what the Celestial looked like, Ronan was going to automatically planet wipe, and Thanos looked more angry/focused when cracking and pulling the moon then he did firing a simple beam at Iron Man. To say the shield is 5A against an attack that canonically has no set power and against someone with weird morals seems off. The shield being High 6B doesn't change the scaling or plot in any way.

It would just be unquantifiably higher than his normal dura because we have no idea how strong that beam was. It would be something like Higher with shields(should be more durable than his normal armor)

Doesn't she already scale to her normal stuff tough?

Plus, using other verses as an exemple isn't an actually reason. What logical reason is there for Nanotech to become that much more powerfull? Stronger than normally, sure, millions of times stronger though?

It being more durable than his main body makes sense, but it being four tiers higher doesn't.

cull never damaged him. not even a dent.

Tbf that is backed up in the movie and by some WoG statements. EDIT: By the statements I mean the 9 realms being 9 galaxies.

If each of the 9 realms is a galaxy than shouldn't the reality stone be Multi-Galaxy level for destroying them instead of just Galaxy level?
