Avatar: TLA & LOK upgrades and minor fixes

• Zuko and Iroh break some boulders
• Aang breaks some rocks and lifts a boulder recalc
• Bolin destroys a runway

Basically physicals should be upgraded to Small Building level and Class 25 from Iroh's feat, with supporting from Aang's 2.1 megajoules and 999 kilograms and Zuko's 5.9 megajoules

As for Legend of Korra, I'm not familiar with the show, however their vague 8-C+ rating needs to be replaced with Bolin's High 8-C calculation (Also Korra gets straight up Class M bending scaling)

Edit: Korra fought against and matched Tarrlok, who is strong enough to bloodbend without a fullmoon, something not even Katara could do. Basically they should get 8-A, likely 7-C scaling instead with the High 8-C calc as just support

As for the wonky 8-C scaling from the minimal AP output of lightning; that was actually agreed to get rid of a while back. Korra was able to match Tarrlok as early as season 1. And he should be no weaker than young Katara given his Chi was strong enough to master bloodbending without a full moon; which Katara needed. But the High 8-C calculation is good back up.

So this would work better? "Multi City Block level, likely Town level (Could match Tarrlok, who is already a master bloodbender superior to a novice like Katara)"
