Austin Powers , the mojo master, was on a mission when he happens to come across Marvel's very own Black Widow at first he tries to flirt with her, but Widow knows they are after the same thing, and she has to take Austin down, or else this man may be a very inconvenient wrench in her plans.

9-B versions are use while neither can use any weapons above 9-C. Speed is equalized, and the fight takes place in just some random building complex. Winner is decided by the standard battle assumptions. Who wins?
