kenpachi has the ap and durability advantage, speed is equalized, i believe kenpashi has a stamina and range advantage, physically speaking kenpachi holds every advantage, and augusts power mimicry only works on magic, so i dont know if that will even work, and to top it all off kenpachi is invisible, has soul manipulation, and durability negation. i see no way for august to win this besides mabye ars magia which is a suicide attack, making it inconclusive.

pretty much what bob8999 said , even without passive reiatsu crush , kenpatchi have a lot more advantages .
august have ars magia so it can't really be called a stomp now even tho it is very close to one .
