Both have analytical prediction and instinctive reaction so that cancels out, however Reinhard has reactive evolution which makes him react to any attack he has seen once, with vastly greater speed.

Asta can surpass his limits in battle, however Reinhard will just react at a greater speed, can Asta keep up is the question.

I would argue Reinhard is more skilled as well, so even if Asta could null Reinhard's energy attacks (does he only null magic?), Reinhard could take him in close combat.

Also there is the issue of Reinhard's regen and immortality, don't think Asta can put him down.

Asta seems to scale to 197 Megatons, Reinhard is baseline for one shotting ppl very close to 7-A, so doesn't look like much of difference.

I mean bleeding actually makes Reinhard stronger so the gap could be narrowed if there was one, when he gets injured.
