File's a bit misleading about Eversor Assassins rn. It says "at least Low 5-B off death explosion" because it crippled legienstrasse. However, the eversor that exploded and did this is:

• One of the strongest eversors ever
• The same one who fought Legienstrasse on mostly equal terms beforehand

so the Low 5-B explosion is more because the guy who exploded was Low 5-B. By default, they don't shatter planets. Eversor explosions are significantly above their own stats though, with one eversor killing like 7 space marines at once, for example.

I propose this:

(existing AP justification), higher with Bio-Meltdown (legienstrasse being crippled, garrantine killing a bunch of space marines, explosion in general instakilling foes superior to the assassin and how it's generally just much stronger than the user)

Making this because it's caused some problems.
