Askin Nakk Le Vaar vs. King

Giving it to King 10/10 diff because of similiar stats and intelligence, but more versatility.

Askin:
Has Reactive Evolution,Regenerationn (low mid),Poison Manipulation and True Flight
Will become gradualy immune to King's attack over time
his deathdealing allows him to ignore durabilty
has more stamina then king
King:
Has Petrification, immortality, Shapeshifting, forcefields and telekinesis
Verdict:
Though King has attacks like Petrification , energy blast, and telekinesis askin will gradually become immune to them over the course of the battle, and king is only city level with barriers, once askin get's around the barrier it's game over for king, and the battle won't last that long in the first place due to king's low physical stamina allowing askin to posion him the the air around king making him sufficate to death

I'm going for King due to petrification too. I'd like to see how Askin would get immune to being petrified and smashed into pieces.
