In case anyone wonders who I'm talking about, I'm referring to people such as Albert Einstein, Nikola Tesla, James Clerk Maxwell, Erwin Schrödinger, Georg Cantor, etc.

No. The definition of Extraordinary Genius on our wiki is someone having superhuman intelligence. If real life humans are Extraordinary Genius, that takes away the entire point of the category

In order to classify as an extraordinary genius, you have to have intelligence feats well above anything a human could ever realistically do, like Tony Stark making extremely powerful pieces of armor that no human irl could ever make and discovering time travel in an afternoon. Or Batman, who has numerous intelligence feats far above even our smartest people

The most they'd classify for is Genius, as they're some of the smartest people to have ever lived, but none of them meet our requirements for Extraordinary Genius. If we had extraordinary geniuses irl, we'd be a far more advanced society than we are currently

Like primalhunter said, either they have superhuman level of IQ allow them to make sci-fi technologies shit like time travel, or so intelligent that they are at top and masteted all fields available on Earth, ranging from science, politic, arts, etc.... which even genius struggling to master more than one field
