Joker's fatehax is more of a counter to other fatehax really. It would directly nullify Sonic's fatehax in this scenario.
Cognition grants a very very high resistance to all of Sonic's bullshit, leaving Sonic with only AP which gets nullified by Joker's high-godly. Meanwhile Sonic lacks a resistance to information manipulation which means all of Joker's attacks are going to hurt greatly. Not to mention other hax such as sleep manip and fear manip, or chains of rebellion.

Since speed isn't equalized, doesn't Ultra Sonic kinda blitz though? The first time Sonic went Ultra, he said that it was faster than he could have ever imagined, which means it's way faster than his immeasurable Super form. Does Joker resist reality warping on a low 1-C scale?

Actually, thats true. Not only that, as Ultra Sonic, Sonic is stated to continuously get faster the more "time" passes.
Idk know what people are saying about Joker stomping, as Ultra Sonic is passively gaining more speed, even past Speed Equal.

Even if he did, Joker can blitz other immeasurables with Sukukaja, and nullify Sonic’s speed with Binds.

With just 3 rings, base form Sonic managed to completely recover his speed after being stripped away from it completely. As rings are a by-product of the chaos emeralds, the latter should have the same abillity on a MASSIVELY bigger scale. Especially post-harmony, and especially Super emeralds. IF Joker can strip Sonic of his speed, he can't do it for long, and Sonic can just stop time while his speed recovers anyway. (I don't recall seeing a time hax immunity on Joker's profile)

Agility Bind + Sukunda keeps Sonic’s speed at minimum.
I don’t think stopping time on the guy who has three layers of time manipulation resistance is a good idea.

Sonic should be able to recover from power null that targets his physical and mental processing speed, as he already has before. Idk about information and concept though. Could you elaborate on those specifically?
