The only thing that can happen is them being downgraded to 2-A, speed remains the same since Archie Solaris can move to different time periods with movement/speed alone.

Howard, Kaltlas and other users agrees with the downgrade. Azathoth also said that he is neutral, but said that 2-A is consistent in the verse.
