I'd suggest starting off a little gentler. Arceus is one of the biggest wolves in the tier 2 forest, if not THE biggest.

It is. Goku, even with the Legally Not Keyblade is not prepared to deal with something that has layered, conceptual passives out the wazoo yet.
If you want something from Pokemon, I'd suggest Dialga or Palkia (Giratina, if Goku stomps those). Sticking with avatars is probably a good call though.
