Even without the mind plate Arceus has forcefields that make him immune to mind attacks so the mind plate isn't necessary.

Information Manipulation is gonna be the hard part. That would fall under the Mind Plate's territory. Anyway, Arceus wouldn't mind creating an Uxie to give him their weakness and exploiting mind attacks.

Yeah his power over the concept of knowledge should help nullify that.

Thing is, the SCP has a human mind. And Arceus created things that created human minds, along with things that could screw over human minds a ton of times over. Heck, all of the lake trio screw with minds on a high degree.

Weaker Psychic types like Mewtwo, Hypno and Alakazam can screw over a human's mind. With Mewtwo being the most notable and far weaker than Uxie.

Corruption abilities would, but not mind based. However, the auto shield prevents mind abilities.

Wait why not? Psychic type moves, which are mind based, have no effect on Dark Types. Why would Arceus use a plate of the same type to nullify moves of the same type when he can just use a plate that gives him a type advantage to nullify it? That would be like saying any Dragon combatant would beat Dragon type Arceus since Dragon moves work well against other dragons.
