Arale could potentially win against Koichiarator. She was confident in her ability to match one of Goku's Kamehameha times a hundred and the only one who could bypass her gag powers was Beerus.

I'm not sure about Anilaza though. He technically has much better feats and feats>>Statements for the most part. If we take her 100x statement and her gag powers only being nullified by Beerus level opponents then she would win but I'm not sure in this one.

So for Round 1 I vote Arale.

For Round 2 I vote Inconclusive.

Arale is what Saitama fans want Saitama to be. Her reality warping gag powers are far above anything the Tournament of Power participants (other than Jiren and Ultra Instinct Goku) are capable of. Arale stomps.
