Honestly, in raw strength I'd have to give it to Beerus, as Apollonir only has a 3-A rating by creating a Pocket Dimension, which doesn't exactly translate over very well to his actual AP. His actual AP should be lower then Beerus'.

However, since speed is equalized and all, I could see Apollonir lasting a little while, especially with some of his abilities... but I'd honestly have to say Beerus wins because of a notable ap advantage that would take even Apollonir a long while to catch up with, no matter how often he spams Ability Cards.
