This primarily affects Batman and Booster Gold, plus the following characters who scale to them: Deadshot, Lex Luthor and Uthool. Perhaps Firestorm and Zatanna too, but I'm not sure. At least, not with the current reasoning. I'll rewatch their episodes and see if it's possible.
