I like how the OP says "might bump up to Full Power Alicorn or even Rainbow Power if needed", but it turns out regular Twilight is some hundreds of times stronger. It's kind of ironic.

Twilighth hasnt really used that in character in combat.

Yeah, what Twily does in combat is blast the opponent with magical beams... Which is more than enough to beat Aqua with that AP.

Yeah, going with Twily. She can blast faster than Awua can Time Stop, and it is in Character for her to do so. Aqua using timestop on the bat is...well debatable.
