The Spectre is tasked by the Presence to enter into the Marvel 616 Universe to retrieve the Infinity Gauntlet so no universal may start up again since Thanos wield the IG in Infinity War.

Well at his peak he is a solid 2-A, but the infinity gauntlet was able to overpower other 2-As and was said to be FAR beyond their reach, so pretty much any user with the infinity gauntlet wins I guess.
