Why does he only have 4-A+ Durability for an explosion which would destroy the galaxy, not a part of it, but the entire thing?

I know he survived it. But why is it only 4-A+? is it overtime or smth?

Few reasons, it was capable of wiping the galaxy, but we don't get more details about the specifics. It could be just talking about all lives or planets rather than every single atom in an entire galaxy.
Also I think Galaxy destruction, depending on how we see the destruction, can be very low

this is blatantly 3-C, a explosion that wipes a entire galaxy can't just be targetting lives or planets, other statements of destroying galaxies get the full thing but why this?
Pretty sure atomizing a galaxy will be far above baseline galaxy level
