no words or descriptions needed lol, i disagree with the LS and MHS+ stuff but this takes the cake in terms of anti feats, it's like the holy grail of all of them
clear distance that naruto couldn't cross in an explicit timeframe of 2 seconds
matter of fact that 5 second cool down is something that not a single ninja managed to break trough in the entire arc so this is a verse wide anti feat

Honestly if JJK had like several dozen quantifiable feats above mach 5 then maybeee those could've been considered to take precedence over Gege being a buffoon. But it is what it is.

The outerversal Phantom Thieves got trapped in a cage. Like a steel cage.
In Persona 2, there’s a brick wall that Yukino doesn’t think they can break through, even with Personas.
The Demi-fiend suffered fall damage.
The one of the Septentriones, from Devil Survivor 2, who are explicitly invulnerable to conventional weapons, got killed by a truck.

All of these are explained by the devs or writers not writing them as 1-A / Godlike entities, unless it's for some ending like in SJ Redux Neutral or Apocalpse Massacre.
This is pretty typical for Video game scaling.

TLOU's 9-B ratings for human characters honestly makes no sense, or at least it doesn't seem to have sufficient justifications.
It cites Joel "surviving shotgun shells" when Abby sent his leg to the shadow realm with one. IMO these stuff takes precedence over gameplay NPCs surviving multiple headshots because of invisible health bars.
Most of the feats are 9-C at best, the only 9-B feat I could find was a Seraphite "destroying a barrel" and it just looked like it came apart instead of being broken.

Tbh it's only a particularly over the top version of a problem that basically all JRPGs that go beyond Tier 8 or maaaybe 7 have.
All of those would also be goofy as hell for even a country level character, it's just that when you get into the realm of higher infinities the contrast is even goofier.
