A) Peter has tanked three different Pumpkin Bomb barrages with only one of them managing to damage his suit. Totally different

I'd also like to note that an 8-A+ upgrade was proposed months back, but rejected due to its inconsistency. Long before we even had the Shocker feat today. Only difference between then and now is that we have more evidence supporting 8-C

The Shocker supporting feat has been added so it can be closed

Anyway, should we scale Spider-Man from The Shocker, consider The Rhino's crater as considerably less than his full power output, given that he considerably outpowers Spider-Man, and scale Rhino from Electro instead, then?

Electro's MCB+ feat is fairly unreliable given the context, especially since we can't really scale that to Rhino as he didn't accidentally attack him the same way he vaporized the pool water

Okay. Maybe we can give The Rhino an "At least..." tier instead then, to signify that he is far more powerful than Spider-Man to an unknown degree?

Rhino has "At least 8-C" on his page at the moment, which I think fits well. Spider-Man could harm him, but narratively, its clear that he wasn't as strong as O'Hirn. Peter even considered taking him down to be fairly notable up to that point in the series in comparison to the villains we saw him battle priorly
