I was merely arguing the other points. Scion can cross to another universe and attack from there, so what Accel says is not wrong.

However if Scion only win-con is outliving and I'm against that being a win-con. I will vote incon since it looks like Scion can't do anything to Accelerator but Accelerator can't do anything to him.

But like I said I'm going to wait for more input.

Incon as well. I believe in the Seberian match-up it was decided that Accel could apply laws to her body at some point as well during the fight with Analyictical prediction but the length it would take while out maneuvering her made the match too indecisive and produced an incon, so this is likely of the same nature regarding the rest of the powers. But it's mostly because Accel can't touch them but they can't touch him.
