Android 21 vs Ultron

depending on which Whis calc you scale Beerus to.

At Dragon Ball's worst, Android 21 is 1.10472823685x faster than Ultron give or take.

At Dragon Ball's Best, Android 21 is 4.34219570874x faster.

Android 21 neither has resistance to tech hax or mindhax, while Ultron has energy absoprtion. I think Ultron haxxes tbh
 
Lol why? Ultron has more experience, is wayyyy smarter in feats, counters Android 21's energy based attacks and has more haxxx than her

It's the 4B version, which is stated as FTL+ for Android 21 and Massively FTL for Ultron.

Speed should probanly be equalized so Ultron doesn't blitz
 
Experience, intelligence, and the amount of hax you have does not help you from getting turned into a piece of candy by a beam attacking four times faster than you.
 
What FRA does 21 even have? Even with the highball speed, Ultron is still able to hax her despite the speed disadvantage.

I'm not going to look for scans of a +50 years old characters. Candy beam is radiant energy, otherwise it won't form a beam, and Ultron absorbs this type of energy.

Even if he doesn't, we never see candy beam transform non-organics people into candy, and 4B 21 doesn't even really use it that much in character.

TL;Dr Ultron absorbs it and 21 won't even use it in character probably
 
It's not radioactive energy, it's magic. For example, Laxus absorbs electricity. But if someone fired electricity that erases people from existence on contact, then Laxus would die.

Dude she turns people into candy so she can eat them, it's not like she would use it on building or a rock. Ultron is a person so she'd try it on him. A whole part of the storyline is that she goes around eating clones and eventually the main cast.
 
Android 21 has the power to fire a beam of energy that will transform whatever she hits into whatever she desires -Her wiki page, both this wiki and dragon ball wiki.

Even if you're right, it doesn't match the profiles
 
If it's a beam it's radiant energy, therefore Ultron can absorb it. If you're calling it magic by attributing it to ki, then by verse equalization ultron can absorb ki.

Ultron is also inorganic. He's a machine, he has no soul. If the beam works on Android 16 in story, then I would've bought it no problem, but until then we never see 21 absorb non biological characters.
 
I also love that you're consistently ignoring that she never opens with it in 4B, while Ultron only needs one shot to mindhax her
 
Beam is a shape. No, Ki and Magic are different things.

But 21 killed 16. With this logic, the beam wouldn't work on Mecha Frieza.

Ki and Magic are very different things that are explicitly said to be distinct from one another in Dragon Ball.

Also, what stops 21 from Power Nulling?
 
It doesn't in the game, it is regular frieza. Also no, mecha frieza is a cyborg. Also she doesn't turn into candy, disproving your point

She never open with her candy beam in non-majin anyway, doesn't matter.

She can power null, but Ultron needs one shot to mind hax her with encephalo ray (unless she is 100% robot in which ultron may tech hax her, may or may not be successful idk)
 
Also, her power null affects people with high power level (stated in her db wiki), and android don't have power levels, so would it even work?
 
Well, you can research. 10 minutes before you were asking me to look up Ultron feats, those are external sources
 
PS all of this stuff wouldn't matter if OP wouldn't equalize speed, then Ultron blitzes her to death.
 
It's not that it works only on strong organics, it just works on strong people. It worked on Buu who is made of magic. It would work on Ultron just as fine since he's 4-B.
 
But wasn't it a thing in Android Saga that their ki wasn't able to be sensed.

Also, he leads with it if they are strangers or unimportant to him, which given 21's look, he'll use it at first sight.
 
Yeah, but they still had ki. The Trio de Danger from Dragon Ball Super could mask their ki in a way that even Goku who could sense god ki which can't be sensed by normal people couldn't sense them.

Edit: 21 starts with the power null because that's the thing she started with in canon to weaken everyone on the planet and then eat them.
 
She's a good looking, 20 something, model-bod scientist. Not exactly threatening.

This is probably inconclusive as both can one shot each other. Also, speed needs to equalized unless Ultron blitzes
