Not really Going against anything just asking
Why is alioth ending the Multiverse war considerated inf 4d?
It said countless timelines which is =/= infinite
A single universe (aka a space time) is a 4-D construct, so ending one grants you low 2-C by default (ofc, how you do it will be taken into account too). Unless I am misunderstanding your first point, then ignore this
But yeah, countless will be 2-B. However, there are certain exclusions to the rule. It all depends on the greater context.
I think this was already discussed in previous threads, but the Ancient One, "The One Who Remains" and the Watcher in What if confirmed that there is an infinite amount of Universes and Timelines.
