An extra ability?

Shouto Todoroki defeated Deku after deciding to use his fire side. But the attack he used at end of the battle wasn't purely fire. It was stated by Aizawa and present Mic that Todoroki, through immediately heating up the chilled air, generated a wind blast.

My question is whether this would grant Todoroki an aditional power apart from the ones listed on his profile, or would it be considered as being just another application of his pre existing abilities?

It would just be an aspect of his fire and ice powers interacting though.

I guess we could label as Air Manipulation, but we'd hae to specify how he does it.
