Not unless his current CRT goes through because then DIO literally can't ******* hurt him with his 55 Ton Durability in Level 1. I'm not sure if Schrodinger Alucard is as strong as that but I wouldn't be surprised.

Ofc, if that CRT goes through, then Dio can't touch him. Though I believe Dio would still have some viable wincons, due to hax and shit. But it lean towards Alucard more.

11 ton TK wouldn't be enough to put Dio down if Dio's own soon to be stuff goes through (High 8-C-High 8-C+).

Is that even truly his peak? It's more like an alternative form then an actual peak due to the caveats it comes with.

Anyway.
Basically, this match kinda came out in the middle of shit for both of them, Alu is going through potential 8-B shit and Dio is gonna be seeing some Class M and potential High 8-C shit soon himself, come back in like a week or two OP when the CRT's are out and accepted and or rejected, atm, whatever we conclude here is gonna get tossed out within a few days anyhow.

Alucard, even without Cat Twink Alucard would still win if speed is equalized.
Without the Feline Trap Alucard uses his massive soul reserve and ilusions to waste time till sun rise.
With Schrodinger Alucard just gives dio a bear hug, tp both of them to Arizonan or Gobi depending on the time of day.
