He needs to have this updated. He joked off in every battle and said by Alucard that he gave Anderson thousands of chances to kill him. This would imply that however strong Anderson is at, Alucard is easily that as he has never fought him seriously.

At least City Block Level, likely higher (stated to have been giving Anderson chances to kill him, therefore not at his true strength)

Or something like this. Just thought I'd put this out there.
