The matchup was a stomp though. Manhattan had no real wincons since everything useful he had just gets resisted and Alien X just erases him

Preferably because from what I can tell Manhattan starts with precog and deconstruction which alien x resists with his own type 4 acausality and regen and Alien x would just start with erasing him

I'm asking mod/admin permission to apply changes on the Dragon Ball profiles that have an High 3-A key, basing off this Thread. The premisse is that all DB characters that have an High 3-A key should be downgrade to their previous tier.
